This charger makes a great travel charger for AA or AAA NiMH batteries. The small size and light weight make it easy to pack. It has an all-in-one design that does not require a separate AC adapter. Charges AAA batteries in about an hour and AA batteries in about two hours. The TravelCharger 2000 automatically detects the correct AC voltage between 100-240V.
