NiCD rechargeable batteries will work in most NiMH/NiCD chargers, check the device to make sure that your charger will work with both battery chemistries.
Nickel Cadmium rechargeable batteries contain toxic heavy metal (cadmium) so if you choose to use them you MUST recycle them when they are used up. Don't know where to recycle your batteries?
