Lead acid batteries are still extremely common and in fact lead is one of the most recycled metals in the world - about twice as much as nickel on a percentage basis.
We have sealed rechargeable
lead acid batteries available from our domestic supplier (the batteries are made in Taiwan and/or China) and they are manufactured to meet or exceed the original performance specifications of all the batteries that they replace.
