Purchase Orders - We accept government and corporate purchase orders with a minimum initial order of $200.00 and an email address to be used to process that order. Will be happy to work with you to set up your company, institution, or school with an ongoing account.
Send your written and signed purchase order to: "purchaseorders" at "greenbatteries" dot com via email using an email address that will be used for order confirmation, tracking and invoice processing. If you are not a government entity, please include credit references with your purchase order so that we can create an open account for you.
International Orders - We have received many requests for our products outside the USA and are accepting orders for shipment to many international locations. We are still expanding our ability to accept orders in other areas so if you have a need for our products, please send us an email at: "curtis" at "greenbatteries" dot com and we will get back in touch with you quickly.
After you place an order.
Email is normally the quickest way to get your questions answered for orders that have already been placed but you can call us too if you like. If we are on the phone, just leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.
Orders - For questions about the status of an order you have already placed, or to request a change to an existing order prior to it being shipped, include your order number, your specific question or request and send an email to: "orders" at "greenbatteries" dot com
Shipping - For questions about an order after you have received your shipping notification/tracking email please include your order number, your specific question or request and we will respond to your email ASAP (except weekends): "shipping" at "greenbatteries" dot com
Returns - For requests for a product return or replacement, please include your order number, your specific question or request i.e.- do you want a return and refund, a product replacement, or just some help to try and figure out a question or concern that you are having about your order and email your written request to us at: "returns" at "greenbatteries" dot com and if you decide that you need or want to request a return and/or refund we will create an RMA number for your return and/or refund request so that we can take care of you as quickly and effectively as possible.
