Purchase Orders - We accept purchase orders with a minimum initial order of $200.00 and will be happy to work with you to set up your company, institution, or school with an ongoing account. If you send the PO via fax, please amke sure to include the contact persons name and email, or your order may be delayed.
Send your written and signed purchase order to: purchaseorders@greenbatteries.com via email or via fax 815-301-3958 and if you are not a public corporation or government entity, please include credit references with your purchase order so that we can create an open account for you.
International Orders - We have received many requests for our products outside the USA and are accepting orders for shipment to many international locations. We are still expanding our ability to accept orders in other areas so if you have a need for our products, please send us an email at: curtis@greenbatteries.com and we will get back in touch with you quickly.
Shipping - For questions about an order after you have received your shipping notification/tracking email please include your order number, your specific question or request and our fulfillment manager will respond to your email within 24 hours (except weekends) to your email sent to: shipping@greenbatteries.com
