Low Cost Battery Checker

This battery checker is designed for NiCD, NiMH and Alkaline batteries, but we do not recommended it solely for rechargeable batteries because to give an accurate reading of the charge level for rechargeable batteries, the tester must send a small "load" current to the battery and this tester does not have that feature. This Battery Checker is a very handy device to quickly check the amount of charge remaining in disposable batteries (alkaline, heavy duty, etc.) and can certainly be used for rechargeable batteries to check if they are charged or discharged, but is not able to detect the charge level of rechargeable batteries very accurately.
